Christmas Caricatures
These are my girlfriends parents....
I did some caricatures this Christmas for friends as gifts.
I'm not really a caricaturists yet, but am dedicated to learning.
A dream of mine is to one day be able to do live caricature. Hopefully by the time summer hits I'll have learned. I think I captured a pretty good likeness in all of them, however, like always, there is room for improvement because I'm still learning....

Cats are awesome. The Ultimate killing machine. So powerful and agile.
This guy was 2 lbs over at the weight in, so they shaved his back and he made it.
This is the original of the black boxer I posted on one of my earlier posts. I just changed his skin color and his shorts, threw on an afro and a goatee and voila...
Does Bart really need to explain why he dumped this chick.....it was a shame though, cause he really did love her.

Of course cartoon owls always wear graduation caps and gowns. This one is obviously pissed about something, but then again owls always seem to look that way.
The great thing about working with a Cintiq directly into a computer program is that you can copy stuff you like and play around with different things without losing your original. I just changed up a few things on these guys and colored them different. Also, I have just noticed that the oriental guy's mustache is coming out of his nostrils, perhaps I should change that.
To me this guy seems like an annoying, rude, perverted hockey dad who thinks his kid is the best thing going. Also slightly based off a high school teacher I had.
Bart was inspired by the U2 concert we went to at Gilette Stadium in September........of course he always gets the words wrong.
